Can I customize my debit card?

How do I order a new debit card?

You can call us at (888) 572-9881 and request a new card or go to our nearest location to have one printed while you wait. If you choose to get a new card shipped, it will take 3-5 business days.

I have received a new debit card in the mail, but my current one is not expiring.

We work to replace compromised cards as we are notified. We have sent you a notification by mail with a replacement card.

What are my daily limits on my debit cards?

Your daily limit is $720.00 for ATM withdrawals and $2,500.00 for all other transactions.

What if I want Guaranty Bank & Trust to authorize and pay overdrafts on my ATM and everyday debit card transactions?

If you also want us to authorize and pay overdrafts on ATM and everyday debit card transactions, you may call (888) 572-9881 or visit any of our locations.

If you have previously given your consent to have us authorize and pay overdrafts on ATM and everyday debit card transactions, you may revoke that consent at any time by clicking the link below and choosing the "opt-out" option or you may call (888) 572-9881, or visit any of our locations.

When trying to activate my debit card, why did it instruct me to contact my financial institution?

The phone number you call from must match what we have on file. Please keep us up to date as your contact information changes. If you are still having issues activating it please call (888) 572-9881.

When will I receive credit from my debit card dispute?

You will receive the provisional credit within 10 business days of the dispute filing date.

Why is my debit card not working?

There could be multiple reasons. The issuing bank could decline the transaction for an invalid PIN, blocked card, insufficient funds, or suspicious transactions. If you are having problems with your card, please call Guaranty Bank & Trust at (888) 572-9881.
