Enrolling in Online Banking is easy! Simply click the Enroll Now link that is found below to begin.

**Step 1**

This will bring you to a new page where you will select if you are needing to enroll for a business account or a personal account.

Once you have selected your enrollment type, you will be brought to a page that has our disclosures available for you to read and agree to.

You will need to select I Agree in order to move forward, however, there is also an option for you to print the disclosure if needed.

**Step 2**

Once you have agreed to the disclosure, you must acknowledge that you do currently have an account with Guaranty Bank and Trust.

**Step 3**

You will then be brought to a specific set of disclosures for Internet Banking that you will need to agree to. Again, you can also print the disclosures if you would like to.

**Step 4**

Once you have completed this, you will come to a screen to fill out your personal information and set your access ID, password and security questions.

**Step 5**

Once you have completed the form, you will select the I'm not a robot icon and then select the continue option.

As long as the information you input matches our records, you will be granted immediate access. If you have any issues with the enrollment being completed, you can contact a representative at (888) 572-9881 who will be able to assist you or review the application that you have submitted.

*Business enrollment customers will be given a page to print, sign and return to us to guarantee proper authorization has approved the online banking request.*

  1. Transfer funds from another financial institution by performing an Instant Account Verification (IAV) or by providing the account number and routing number. You will need to verify two microdeposits if you do not perform an IAV.
  2. With a debit card or credit card.
  3. Existing customers that apply through Online Banking can make a transfer from their existing checking or savings account.
  • We recommend using the latest version of a modern web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Ensure you are using the most current version of IOS if you are using an Apple device.

The popup can be dismissed and will not block the user's flow, however, not switching to mobile site may lead to a less effective UI experience.

Steps to follow if the popup comes up -

  1. Dismiss the popup by either tapping on "OK" button or close button.
  2. In the URL bar, tap on the setting's panel which is denoted by the icon "aA".
  3. From the dropdown, select the "Request Mobile Site" option. This will cause the application to reload. The user can proceed after this.

We use your ID to help verify your identity; therefore, you cannot open an account online and will need to visit us in person to open an account.

To electronically sign your accounting documents, you must consent to e-sign; therefore, you can not open an account online without consenting to e-sign.

Your Debit Card is usually placed in the mail within one (1) business day after you open your account is opened. It can take 5 to 10 business days for your Debit Card to arrive at your home address.
