Message From CEO - Re-Opening

The impacts of COVID-19 continue to affect our communities but our priorities have not wavered.  We continue to provide uninterrupted service to our customers while supporting and providing a safe work environment for our employees.  Additionally, we have supported our communities hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic through contributions to local charities that are on the front lines during this pandemic of over $220,000. 

We plan to reopen select lobbies on Monday, June 1st, and to follow local recommendations and restrictions on the number of customers that may enter our location lobbies at one time.   Lobbies may remain closed if the risk to our customers, employees and the public health remains elevated.  Guaranty locations in counties that are designated as a “hot spot”, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control, will remain closed until the county has cleared the designation for a two-week period.  Please visit our website at for the most up-to-date hours of operation for our locations

When lobbies are re-opened, you will notice new and enhanced safety measures to help protect you, our communities, and our employees.  The following safety measures are in place at all open locations:

  • Employees will wear face masks and customers are encouraged to wear them too
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the lobby
  • Enhanced cleaning and frequent disinfectant of high contact surfaces
  • Social distancing procedures and floor markers for our employees and customers
  • Managed capacity
  • Our opening hour, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., is reserved for high-risk customers
  • Temperature screenings are available to all employees
  • Employees are encouraged to follow the CDC recommended handwashing procedures
