What You Need to Know Now
Guaranty Bank & Trust has officially joined the Glacier Family of Banks! This partnership means greater opportunities for you – expanded products and services, higher lending limits, and the same personalized service you value. While we are working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible, some changes will require action on your part.
Friday, February 20:
- All Guaranty Bank & Trust branches will be open until at least 3:00 pm Central. Refer to posted branch notices for specific closing times (times vary by branch).
- Digital banking will be unavailable after 5:00 pm Central, mobile deposits cut off at 5:00 pm. Bill pay edits will be on pause, but scheduled payments will go through.
- Telephone banking becomes unavailable after 5:00 pm Central.
- Guaranty Bank & Trust debit card(s) will work through the weekend. You will receive your new Visa debit cards via mail. Please continue to use your existing Mastercard debit card(s) until Monday.
Conversion Weekend:
Saturday, February 21 and Sunday, February 22:
- Systems are offline, including digital banking, online transfers, bill pay, ATMs, and branches will be closed.
After Conversion:
Monday, February 23:
- Guaranty Bank & Trust branches reopen as usual, but with upgraded systems.
- Remember, you’ll want to download the Guaranty Bank & Trust app on or after this day. The QR Code can be found on the website.
- Activate your new debit card(s) and set up your PIN. Old Guaranty Bank & Trust cards will no longer work on Monday.
- Start using all your new products, features and services by following the steps in the “After Conversion” section of the Notice of Change.
