Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. is now Glacier Bancorp, Inc.
Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (NYSE: GNTY) (the “Company”), the parent company of Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. (the “Bank”), has merged with Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GBCI) (“GBCI”). Effective October 1, 2025, the acquisition of the Company by GBCI was completed. The Company’s wholly owned bank subsidiary is now operating as Guaranty Bank & Trust, Division of Glacier Bank.
This acquisition was completed pursuant to the previously announced Plan and Agreement of Merger, dated as of June 24, 2025 (the “Merger Agreement”), by and among the Company, the Bank, GBCI, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Glacier Bank, pursuant to which the Company merged with and into GBCI and the Bank merged with and into Glacier Bank.
