We offer a couple of ways to transfer your payments to your new Guaranty accout. Clickswitch is an automated system that helps you move all of your information and payments to your new accout. You can also follow the steps below completing the required documents.

Step 1:

Click here to compare checking accounts to determine what is right for you.
Get Started online or visit a Guaranty Bank & Trust location to open your new account.
Click here to enroll in Online Banking and Bill Pay for a fast convenient way to manage your account and pay your bills.

Step 2:

Balance your old account – and stop using it
Click here to complete the Guaranty Bank & Trust Switch Organizer to ensure all checks and transactions have cleared before closing your old account.
Destroy any unused checks, ATM and debit cards, and deposit slips.

Step 3:

Switch your automatic deposits
For payroll direct deposit, complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and give it to your employer (include a voided check).
For social security or other governmental direct deposit, complete the Treasury Department, Standard Form 1199A, and give it to Guaranty Bank & Trust Personal Banker.

Step 4:

Redirect your automatic payments
Click here to complete an Automatic Payment Change Notification Form for each automatic withdrawal (such as your monthly car loan or mortgage payment) and send it to your billing company.

Step 5:

Close your old account
When all automatic transactions have been switched and all outstanding checks have cleared, click here to complete the Account Closing Notification Form and send it to your former financial institution.
