FAQ's

In you mobile app, go to the account, select the pancake menu in the top right, select account details, then show account number.

In online banking, go to the account, select more details under the account name, then click to reveal the account number.

Yes, transferring money is simple with our app, check out this video to learn how.
  1. Download our app from your app store, or text GBTAPP to 313131 to receive a link to download the app
  2. Once the download is complete, open the app and select “Enroll Now”
  3. Check the acknowledgment box and select “I Agree”
    --Click “OK”, check the acknowledgment box and select “I Agree” once more
  4. Fill in each required field with your information
    --Create your personal Access ID (see requirements below)
    --Create your personal Passcode (see requirements below)
  5. Type “Confirmation Code” into the confirmation code box and select “Accept”

Mobile check deposit allows you to save time by depositing your checks remotely, no matter where you are or what time of day it is. Instead of making a run to the bank, you can simply snap a picture of the front and back of the check on your smartphone and deposit it using the bank's mobile app.

However, web access and text messaging are needed to use our full range of mobile banking products and your mobile communications carrier may charge you for web access and text messages. Please check your service provider for specific fees and charges.
