Directed Trustee Fees
Directed Trustee Fee Schedule
Generally, in a directed trust administration, Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. ("Guaranty") will be a "Directed Trustee." This means that with regards to matters related to the investment, reinvestment, and/or management of specified trust property, Guaranty will have no authority, discretion, or duty to monitor it. Rather, the trust property will be subject to the direction and authority of a third party advisor, such as an investment manager, financial advisor, or otherwise (an "Investment Trust Advisor'').
The term "Directed Trust Property" shall mean any trust property over which an Investment Trust advisor has authority to direct and instruct Guaranty regarding matters related to the investment, reinvestment, and/or management of such trust property.
The following schedule of fees applies to accounts for which Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. is serving as trustee, co-trustee or Agent, and has delegated the investment management responsibilities to another in accordance with the trust document or Client's written request. In addition to managing the trust, Guaranty's services may include account administration, safekeeping and custody of securities, and the collection and distribution of income and principal.
