Trustee/Agent Administration

Personal Trustee, Charitable Trustee, and Foundation Administration fees are annual. Fees are charged proportionately on a monthly basis in arrears and are automatically deducted from your account. Annual fees are as follows:

  • Balance Trust Assets: 0.25%
  • Trusts with no investable assets Minimum Annual Fee: $1,500

Investment management services are available according to the published Investment Management Services fee schedule and are assessed in addition to the Trustee/Agent Administration fees.

Investment Management Services

Asset management services are provided by Guaranty for marketable securities, mutual funds, and ETFs. Annual investment management fees are in addition to Trustee/Agent Administration fees. Fees are charged proportionately on a monthly basis in arrears and are automatically deducted from your account. Annual fees are as follows:

  • First: $2,000,000 1.00%
  • Next: $2,000,000 0.85%
  • Next: $3,000,000 0.65%
  • Next: $3,000,000 0.50%
  • Over $10,000,000 ­Additional Tiered Rates Available -
  • Minimum Annual Fee: $5,000

Additional Fees

Additional fees for the following items are according to the published schedule at the time and are in addition to the Trustee, and Investment Management or Custodial Services fees.

Income Collection: from real estate, minerals, notes, and mortgages, and other illiquid assets.

Extraordinary Services: special administration services performed at professional time rates plus out-of-pocket expenses.

Termination: annual minimum custodial or fiduciary fee plus reimbursement of expense charges already incurred or to be incurred for all accounts to the time of and including actual transfer in the event these have not been already applied or taken.

Special Asset Acceptance Review: non-publicly traded assets held in trust are subject to an account acceptance review fee of $1,500.
