Lacy McMillen

Senior Vice President, Manager Administration & Development

Lacy joined the Wealth Management Group in late 2013. As a former Market President, Vice President, and Trust Officer for a large national bank, Ms. McMillen brings over twenty-six years’ experience in the areas of fiduciary management and client development. Lacy works with clients to develop investment and planning solutions for their personal and financial generational legacy.

She serves on the Executive Committee of the Texarkana ISD Education Foundation. Lacy previously served as an executive committee member for the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, and has held the position of President of the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council. She has also served on numerous philanthropic boards, including the Finance committee of Women for A&M –Texarkana, Wilber Smith Rotary Club, Caddo Area Boy Scouts, Christus St. Michael Foundation, and the Arkansas Community Foundation.

Lacy received her BA in Government from the University of Texas, Austin, is a graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Advanced Trust School, and has attended the University of Houston CFP Program.
