We are launching a new mobile banking app that offers the most popular features and functions you use today, but with an updated customer experience and expanded security.

Important Info

  • You will need your username, password, and security answers
  • iPhone users will either have their app automatically updated or will need to update it manually in the iTunes store
  • Android users will need to delete their app on the 15th and download the new app

iPhone Users

  • If you have automatic updates enabled, the new version of the app will automatically replace the old version. If your app does not update, you may have to delete the old app from your iPhone and download the new app from the store.
  • The first time you log in, you must use your Access ID and password even if you use biometrics to log in.
  • You will also need your Security Answers available for your first log-in.

Android Users

Text Banking

The number that we use to send and receive SMS messages will change on June 15th. You will need to log in to your online banking account to re-enroll into Text Banking. Please call us at 1-888-572-9881 if you need any assistance.

Please know that our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you. Your experience will depend on the type of phone you are using and the phone’s settings. Things to expect:

  • As an Android user, the new app could take several hours after it is launched to show up in the Google Play store. We recommend that you use only the URL that we will provide to you to go directly to the new app in the store.
  • Our former mobile banking app may still appear as a viable choice in the Google Play store even though the app has been discontinued. You will receive an error message if you try to download the old app.
  • iPhone users may need to uninstall the existing app and install the new one if it doesn’t automatically update.
  • You will need your Access ID, Password and the answers to security questions the first time you log in to the new app.
  • You will be required to acknowledge new terms and conditions.
  • You will need to re-enable biometrics for the new app.

The new app requires your permission to continue using biometrics as a security feature. Once you have completed the initial log-in using your digital banking credentials, you will be able to use the existing biometrics for subsequent log-ins.

Card controls are still available in the app. Card Controls can be found by selecting the account for the card you want to view, and then by selecting the menu at the top right of the screen. Cards Management will be listed under the Account Details option.

Yes, once the new mobile banking app launches, you will need to re-enroll for text banking. Your long code for text banking is: +1 909-497-3761

Complete the following steps to re-enroll:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click All Services and Settings
  • Click Text Banking under Banking Services
  • Click Enroll New Device

Due to the high adoption of biometric authentication, the Preview feature was removed.
